No Pens, No Paper, No Cheating!

Jamie has brought quiz nights into the 21st Century!

The slow pace has been sped up,  Cheating has been eliminated and the days of contestants marking each others papers is now a thing of the past.

If you’ve been to a quiz night lately, you will have seen people using their smartphones to cheat.  Now its time to turn the technology on its head and use it to our advantage.

Like Jamie’s Karaoke and Jamie’s Bingo, there’s now an app  for Jamie’s Quiz Nights.

Developed by speedquizzing and available on Android and iDevices (iPod, iPad, iPhone), the custom made app can be downloaded free from all app stores.  Contestants then connect to the dedicated Jamie’s Quiz Wi-Fi Network and register their team name.  Each phone connects through to Jamie’s laptop and transforms the contestants smartphones into quiz handsets and buzzers. This gives an experience that is slick, professional and similar to the quiz shows that you might see on tv.

With the contestants smartphones running the speedquizzing app, they will be able to use their phones to answer general knowledge rounds, specialist rounds, picture rounds, catchphrases, our survey said, fastest finger, speed rounds and a music round.
