Whether you’re opting for a Disco for a Wedding Reception or a private party, we know that you’ll probably have lots of questions to ask us before deciding whether to use our services. We hope that some of those questions can be answered on this page.
- Do you have a written contract?
Yes. As with any supplier you may use for your event, we will issue a written contract. This protects us as well as yourselves and confirms all agreed arrangements. - Can we meet the DJ prior to signing the contract?
Of course! We know that you want to make sure that you’re comfortable with us DJing at your event. You’ll want to know if we fit in with the atmosphere you want to create. - Can I give you a playlist and a not-to-playlist?
This is your event and we want it to be special. It’s absolutely right that you decide what’s to be played and not to be played. - Will you take requests?
Of course – but only if you want us to. We’ll also be checking any requests against the no play list as well. - Will your equipment mix one song into another?
We’re Digital DJ’s so we use leading software to mix the songs together, This prevents silence between songs that might occur if someone was using an ipod etc to provide music at a wedding reception. - Will you take breaks?
We’re only human so yes we may take the occasional break during the event but don’t worry, we’ll ensure that there is still a seamless flow of music. - Will you act as the emcee and make announcements?
This is something that we can provide if you want us to do. - Will you be doing more than one event on our day?
No – we only do one event in any day. - What are the extras that you offer?
Our basic package includes DJ with music, Sound System and lights. Optional extras can include Uplighting, Emcee, Early set up and Karaoke. We’ve also been asked to arrange other entertainment including Drag Queens and Vocalists. - What will you be wearing if you DJ at our wedding?
Whatever you need us to wear! Suit for Daytime and activities and with permission, more casual dress during the evening. - Do we need to pay a deposit?
To confirm a booking, 25% of the total cost would be required to secure the booking with the balance due one month prior to the booked date. Cancellation is also charged at 25% - What if we would like you to stay longer at the event?
This can be negotiated with us during the disco. Understandably, there may be times when we have so say no. - Do you need time to set up and pack away your equipment?
definitely! We will confirm the time required when booking.
